At Fundación Educación we are delighted when our strategic partners visit our country programmes to get an impression of the work done. In January / February 2019 Franziska Muñoz travelled to Lima on behalf of Hoffmann-La Roche and Julia Fischer on behalf of the Bärbel und Paul Geissbühler Foundation. Franziska Muñoz also travelled to Medellín, where we made a video film for Roche. It was a wonderful experience to accompany them on this journey.
The impact of our foundation can best be captured in discussions with scholarship holders, former scholars who are now in professional life, and representatives of our partner institutions. The personal exchange reveals the enormous importance of a scholarship from Fundación Educación for the individual scholar, his family and environment, but also for the educational institution and society. A scholarship from Fundación Educación opens up new possibilities in life that would otherwise not have been possible and releases energies for further change: We empower talent for change.
We are therefore particularly pleased that Franziska and Julia have returned enthusiastically from their trip. The impression they gained on the spot coincided with the ideas and demands they placed on our foundation as patrons.
