Anderson is a young man who has distinguished himself by the interest he shows in improving his social environment while advancing his studies.

In the summer of 2018, he had the opportunity to take a scholarship to study economics classes at the UFM Madrid campus. He also attended the annual conference of the One Young World Summit 2018 in The Hague, an annual event that brings together young leaders with a vision for the future. Anderson was invited to represent Guatemala at this summit because he is the founder and director of Casa de Áak, an organization dedicated to the conservation and protection of sea turtles in Champerico, Retalhuleu.

Because of his leadership qualities and academic achievements, he currently works as a Teaching Assistant in the Hayek Social Philosophy class.
