Giuliana, 26 years, is from Lima, Perú. She obtained her Bachelor of Law at the Pontificia
Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) in July 2015. The support by Fundación Educación helped her
to continue her studies at a time when she was about to abandon her studies due to lack of financing
– a fact for which she is immensely grateful to our foundation. She is currently working as a legal
advisor in OSCE's Human Rights Unit – the government's procurement organization. In 2017, she will
take a specialization course in public law and good governance at the PUCP.
