Industrial Engineer, UFM
Pamela studied at UFM Business Engineering. After a challenging process of admission, she achieved entry and graduated with honors. During her student years, she always stood out for her academic excellence, her attitude and leadership. Even before she graduated, she was already working in a major food industry company established in the country. Determined to study a postgraduate degree outside the country, she obtained a scholarship granted by the Brazilian government and in 2017 she traveled to study at the Federal University of ABC Engineering and Innovation Management. Pamela returned to Guatemala at the end of 2019 and currently works at CEMPRO (Cementos Progreso) as Innovation Coordinator. In this position she is responsible for supporting all divisions of the company in developing and implementing innovation projects throughout the organization.
Pamela is a talented young woman who, in addition to her university and professional achievements, speaks 3 languages, English, German and Portuguese.
